Heather Hendricks, Managing Broker

Heather Hendricks, born and raised in Arkansas’s River Valley, moved to Mountain Home after graduating from Arkansas Tech University in 2013 and quickly made the Twin Lakes area home. Now the Managing Broker of ERA Doty Real Estate, she leads a high-performing team while helping clients navigate major real estate decisions with confidence and care, and mentors more than 146 agents across ERA Arkansas offices. Heather was the 2025 President of the North Central Board of REALTORS® and remains deeply involved in local organizations and community service. A two-time North Central Board of REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year” (2023–2024), she holds ABR®, e-PRO®, PSA, and ERA Distinctive Properties Specialist designations and is passionate about serving the community she proudly calls home.
